Haramara Retreat is located in the breathtaking coastal region of Nayarit, Mexico (known as Riviera Nayarit) near the town of Sayulita.

Our days begin with silent witness of sunrise and meditations on the beach, followed by medicine in movement, akashic wisdom teachings + conversations, human design, integration time and finishes with nourishing nature experiences.
Heather continues to explore methods for guiding people into meditation in motion through asana, guidance in the Akashic records, and pairing essential oils in yoga nidra offerings.
Joanna continues to build on supporting her clients towards Pure Alignment through Human Design, Embodiment Practices + Akashic Records wisdom.
We are excited to share our new discoveries with you.

Of course, you’ll also enjoy nearly five free hours daily in which to swim in the pristine waters (Pacific Ocean + private saltwater pool), play in the sun, surf, visit ancient towns and ruins, or simply journal and enjoy afternoon hammock naps.
And let’s not forget our extraordinary chefs, who graces us daily with fresh, organic dishes harvested directly from the local gardens.

The retreat starts before dinner on the first day will conclude at 10 am on the last day.
Check-in is between 3/5pm and check-out 11am

• 6:30 - 7:30 - Light Snack, Coffee + Tea
• 7:30 - 7:50 - Meditation
• 8:00 - 9:15 - Movement as Medicine (Yoga + Soul Flow Embodiment)

The retreat officially starts at just before dinner on Saturday, Nov 19th, 2022
Please book your flights to Puerto Vallarta airport and arrive early/mid afternoon, this will enable us to help facilitate shuttle service, and keep costs down for you. Check in is from 3-5pm.
The retreat ends on Friday night, November 25th. Saturday, November 26th, will be your day to check out from Haramara. Check out is 11am.

Scattered across the beautiful tropical hillside, each individual cabaña offers exceptional views of the ocean and jungle canopy. Each cabaña is situated to offer privacy and seclusion while still taking advantage of the spectacular views.

A shared cabana with your own beds. If you are booking with a friend please let us know so we can place you in the same room. If you are coming solo (beautiful!), we will do our best to match you with a roomie. If we aren’t able to place you due to uneven numbers, you will be moved into a "forced single” with a rate of $3888 or a lux dorm $2999, space permitting. (your choice)

A beautiful shared space the luxury dormitory is a non-coed option. It has been designed to accommodate up to 8 people in a shared bedroom with 2 bathroom facilities. You will enjoy the same features of the cabañas but in a large open room with individual single beds for each person. We aren’t joking when we say this is a lux dorm, a perfect option at a lower price point.

Cancellation Policy + Covid Information
Due to the current circumstances, two important notes for you:
We will gladly refund all monies or maintain your deposit if our trip is cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions.
Covid-19 protocols at Haramara
Payment Schedule:
A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 USD is included in your payment.
This deposit is non-refundable AND non-transferable.
If you have opted for a payment plan after March 31: 1st payment will be date of registration, 2nd payment will be June 16 2022, and final payment will be Sept 16 2022.

Early Registration:
Early registration option allows a payment plan with no additional costs. This is available up until March 31, 2022.
Standard Registration:
Goes into effect for any registrations on or after March 31st.
If opting for payment plan - Second payment is due June 16 2022.
Final payment in full is due no later than September 16, 2022 (roughly 60 days prior to retreat start)
Cancellation Policy:
The $500.00 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations on or before June 1st, 2022:
You will forfeit your deposit of $500.00 plus a cancellation fee of $100.00.
The remainder of your payment will be refunded to you.
