Our days will be woven together with intentional and thoughtful practices & experiences. There will also be ample spaciousness for personal time & integration. The Sentinel has many beautiful resources and amenities to enjoy and immerse yourself in during your stay.
We will be working with group explorations, breathwork, guided inner journeys, ceremonies & movement.

The Sentinel Retreat & Wellness Centre is located near Kaslo, BC in the West Kootenay region along the shores of Kootenay Lake. It is a four-hour drive north from the Spokane, Washington airport, and 10 hours from Vancouver and 7.5 from Calgary. Edmonton is 12 hours away. Kelowna is a 5-hour drive and Cranbrook is just 3-hours away. Happily, the scenery between these hubs and The Sentinel is spectacular. Directions to arrive at The Sentinel are easily followed here.
It is worth noting that if you are flying into Castlegar, The Sentinel Retreat Centre has a corporate discount with Practicar. Simply state that you are staying with us and receive a 20% discount.

Things you need to know
01. what is your cancellation policy?
A $500 non refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. Half of the balance is due Feb 10th and the remainder is due May 5th. If you cancel 60 days before the retreat, a refund (minus deposit & transaction fees) will be given. After that a refund of 50%. No refunds within 45 days of retreat.
02. are payment plans available?
You bet. If you wish you pay via payment plan please reach out to discuss.
03. are we working with plant allies?
Yes, there will be a ceremonial aspect to the retreat experience. We will go over this in more detail in our connection call prior to retreat. If you have any questions before then don't hesitate to reach out.
04. do I need to book with a friend for double rooms?
Nope! If you are coming solo, no problem. We will pair you up with with another fellow retreat enthusiast.
04. I'm nervous, is that normal?
Absolutely! As we journey into new experiences and places where transformation is available to us, it is very natural to experience some nerves... along with excitement!
05. what is the venue like?
The Sentinel is a beautiful facility which is highly attuned to the comfort of the participants. Ample space to lounge, both indoors and outdoors as well as comfortable rooms.
