What happens in a session?

Each session is incredibly unique and precious.

I invite you into a calm, supportive and loving container, from which we open your records. 

We clear out and energy that isn't for the highest and greatest good of the session and in this moment. 

I share with you any wisdom that is coming through, and provide a space for us to explore deeper, ask questions, and help process what is is that is being offered to you from your Highest Guidance. 

The Records are a very supportive and healing place to be. 
We may do specific healings or clearings during our time together, if we are guided to do so.

It is such an honour to be able to offer these sessions 
for you. I believe the Records find you when you need them
the most. So if you are feeling the pull, trust it.
